Along the way, we developed UX artifacts including Interviews, Surveys, Affinity Maps, Competitive Analysis, Affinity Diagram, Personas, User Journeys, User Flow, Information Architecture, Wireframes, and Usability Tests, and delivered a final design of a fully integrated one-stop hub that bridges the existing Assurant product lines, encourages cross-product sale, improves cross-product accessibility, and advances Assurant's brand recognition.
